Less than three miles from the delightful historic town of Pézenas, and quite near the seaport of Sète and the holiday resort of Cap d'Agde, Camping Montrose is situated on a three-hundred year old wine domaine. We are proud of the unique environment in which our camping finds itself, a restful place with a unique collection of buildings and surrounded by over 50 hectares of vineyard.
We welcome you to discover, at a mere 20 kilometres from the famous sunlit Languedoc beaches, an ancient and lushly variegated countryside which proudly guards its traditions. Prominent among these is the longstanding art of winemaking and its many magic crafts. Our colleagues, the vintners from the Domaine de Montrose will be happy to divulge their superb tasting secrets to you.
At Camping Montrose, we wish to entertain both our young guests and our sporty visitors. We offer you all kinds of animation, games, dinner-dances, a bar-restaurant with television and internet facilities, a variety of organized sports, including the traditional pétanque, football, volleyball, table tennis, aqua-gym, tennis (at 1 kilometre) and horse-riding (at 200 yards).
You will have plenty of privacy on our generous lots for your tent or caravan, where we provide shade, water and electricity, or you can rent one of our mobils or chalets with many modern conveniences (air-conditioning in our larger chalets). Please enjoy a quiet walk on our grounds and beyond, or bathe in the sun around our heated (from may to september)swimming pool.

The department of Herault offers a magnificent view, a juxtaposition of different landscapes and infinite shades of colors and shapes. It is a powerfully drawn landscape, between sea and mountains, a teeming megalithic heritage, a cultural crossroads for thousands of years the role that gave rise to multiple ancestral paths, not forgetting the Domitian way and canal du Midi. It is a remarkable collection of geological heritage, opening onto the Mediterranean coast, plain, hill and scrub, mountain ... A lifestyle marked by the vine, the bullfighting tradition and celebration.
